- The Order Note contents field now allows you to enter full updates before saving and sending to back office. Previously, it would save and send prematurely.
- Signature email and full name fields no longer truncate entries after an apostrophe or quote mark. These fields containing an apostrophe or quote mark now appear properly.
- Technicians no longer experience sync errors when syncing data associated with service items that are deleted in back office.

- Technicians can now search for special characters when adding Order Lines. This improvement makes searches more accurate when handling inventory lines with dimensional characters.
- Apple introduced the “Smart Punctuation” keyboard setting starting with iOS11 devices. This unintentionally interfered with searching using quote characters. This setting is now turned off in Service Pro Mobile, allowing technicians to perform more accurate searches and save time.
